The Division of Midwifery and Radiography is one of London’s leading education providers in the field and delivers courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Education is evidence-based and informed by research. Positive relationships between students, patients, clinical practitioners and academics ensure Midwifery and Radiography programmes are academically robust and relevant to clinical practice.

The Division is seeking to appoint an outstanding academic to join the established Diagnostic Radiography team. The appointed candidate will contribute to the delivery of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate education in Diagnostic Radiography and to course delivery and management. The role will involve directing the BSc in Diagnostic Radiography programme, supporting students in practice and working with placement provider organisations to ensure high quality learning experiences.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have strong academic experience and a professional background, including experience in diagnostic radiography practice; will hold registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) (or equivalent); and will have extensive experience in delivering high quality diagnostic radiography education. Demonstrable academic leadership experience, including evidence of innovation as an outstanding educator, is essential.
