The Faculty of Health and Social Sciences is a vibrant and innovative environment containing five academic departments: Medical Science and Public Health, Nursing Science, Midwifery and Health Sciences, Rehabilitation and Sport Science and Social Sciences and Social Work. The Physician Associate School sits within the Department of Medical Science & Public Health. We are investing in some exciting new positions to further align our teaching and research portfolio toward BU’s 2025 strategic investment in Medical Sciences. Post-graduate research qualifications, or an intention to undertake a higher research degree is desirable, and we will look to support those wishing to pursue this. You will be research active, developing and establishing a Physician Associate research programme, and committed to a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
