The School Health Sciences, University of Dundee is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for our MSc and BSc Infection: Prevention and Control Programmes. We offer a number of IPC related modules and MSc students also undertake a dissertation.
The successful candidate will be employed by a higher education institution and will hold a minimum of a Masters degree, with competence and experience in infection prevention and control. Applicants should also hold a teaching qualification related to Higher Education. We would welcome applications from both those with and those without previous external examining experience and would be delighted to offer support and guidance to any successful candidates who are new to external examining.
Dependent on workload, the successful candidate may also be required to examine other post qualifying modules including research and dissertations.
All appointments will be from 1 September 2021 and will be initially for a four year period.
