We are seeking an external examiner for the newly developed MSc Advanced Clinical Practitioner. This is a programme which is delivered largely in the workplace, across a range of clinical settings and is available as a standard post registration programme and as an apprenticeship route with an integrated end point assessment.
The programme commenced in April 2019 and we have an inaugural cohort of 15 with a predicted annual cohort (planning for February) of 15 – 20.
We will have one progression board a year which you will be required to be in attendance for.
The prediction is that this will be In April to start and move to Jan/Feb annually from the second cohort.
The programme consists of the following modules with the associated assessments. This is a 44 week long programme with hand in dates presently set for the end of each year. This is provisional at present and may be subject to change.

M02 (clinical investigation)
M30 (evidencing prescribing) 2 pieces of assessment (written and portfolio)

Year 2 M03 (evidence based practice)
