At the University of Sunderland our health programmes have gone from strength to strength in the past three years and we are offering an opportunity to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team as Senior Lecturer to lead our District Nursing Apprenticeship Programme.

As well as being a Registered Nurse with the NMC, you will hold a specialist award in District Nursing at degree level and have experience in working with NMC approved programmes. You will have an understanding of inter professional working and learning and the ability develop and sustain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be able to work with complexity and demonstrate qualities and transferable skills required for the exercise of personal responsibility and largely autonomous initiative in complex and unpredictable situations, in professional or equivalent environments.
