We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Physiotherapist to undertake the role of Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy with the potential for additional programme leadership responsibilities as Programme Co-ordinator.
As a Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Sport, Nursing and Allied Health your role will be to contribute to three key activities: teaching, research and practice education organisation / monitoring. You will contribute to the delivery of Physiotherapy education enhancing the student experience on both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Physiotherapy programmes. You will provide students with a high-quality, research informed educational experience leading to an understanding of healthcare practice, and the achievement of academic and professional qualifications.
Candidates must have teaching experience in Physiotherapy, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and programme leadership. Evidence of any of the following will be an advantage: Publications in peer-reviewed journals, consultancy delivery and development, research income generation, or the desire and potential to develop in these areas.
You will have been a practising Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and you will be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
