We are looking for a NMP with experience of current prescribing practice to join the team. The post will be suitable for a prescriber from any clinical background. Experience of V300 Independent /Supplementary prescribing is essential and enthusiasm for teaching and helping students to develop is just as important.

The recent expansion of Independent Prescribing for health professionals draws participants from a wide range of clinical backgrounds in acute and primary care. The course is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Health and Care Professions Council. The Teesside course is very positively evaluated by students and commissioners.

It is essential that the successful candidate will hold a PhD or equivalent doctoral level qualification in a relevant discipline.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
