We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic colleague to join the paramedic staff team in the Department of Paramedic Science and Physician Associates. The successful candidate will play a key role in the setting up, administration and maintenance of records related to student work-based learning (WBL), and communicate with students, paramedics staff and external partners with regards to WBL.
The postholder will also be required to contribute to the induction of new students and will support the course/practice lead in the evaluation of student WBL experiences and will be in involved in ensuring student assessment documents are complete.
The Department of Paramedic Science and Physician Associates is one of four departments in the School. In addition to the Paramedic courses, the School offers Foundations Degrees in Health and Social Care, Undergraduate courses in Health and Social Care, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Social work and Master’s courses in Nutritional therapy and the Physician Associate. The School has an exceptional reputation for excellence and the successful candidates will further develop the quality of our provision through strong collaboration with our practice partners.
