The Coventry University Group offers a leading approach to teaching and learning in higher education. It offers a range of vocationally relevant higher education courses as well as a portfolio of professional qualifications delivered both face-to-face and on-line. We aim to deliver student education, which is active, social, applied and inclusive.

Peoples Future Limited is a dedicated subsidiary within the Coventry University Group and is looking to appoint a full time Teaching Fellow in Leadership and Management in Health to contribute to the provision of high-quality teaching within the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health.

Due to the ongoing success and growth of our Global Healthcare Management courses and other developments, the School of Nursing Midwifery and Health is seeking to recruit several new Teaching Fellows and a Senior Teaching Fellow. These roles are primarily teaching posts with other associated activities outlined in the job descriptions. The successful candidates will join an established team and be expected to lead relevant modules and contribute to others, supervise project dissertations, support and create positive student experiences, as well as contribute to a range of school activities. The Senior Teaching Fellow will be expected to take on additional roles such as Course Leadership.

Applicants must have a relevant Master’s degree in an appropriate subject and ideally experience of teaching and supporting students within an UK higher education setting. We would welcome applications from candidates with experience as a global healthcare practitioner in the field and/or in research in the UK or internationally. The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for Teaching Fellows/Senior Teaching Fellows who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
