We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious HCPC registered allied health professional who have a range of experience of working across diverse settings in the UK. At Coventry University our teaching roles give you the opportunity to develop your academic career whether you are seeking to enter Higher Education for the first time or are an experienced academic.

We will support you to use your knowledge and experience to develop the workforce of allied health professional with a focus on enhanced practice; to work alongside our AHP curriculum teams bringing together creative and innovative approaches in learning and teaching within our new enhanced practice AHP courses. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and craft this emerging apprenticeship for Allied Health Professions.

Teaching Fellow– Based in Coventry Academic Team Parttime (3 days) Permanent

For the Teaching fellow post, applicants should demonstrate a wide range of clinical experience ideally including working with older people, with evidence of engaging in the education pillar through supporting learners and delivering education sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain learning and teaching experience in an academic career and develop your role in supporting apprenticeship modes of delivery. The role will include the delivery of modules, academic assessment, and learner support in practice and university settings. You will work alongside our experienced course teams across our AHP areas supporting curriculum design, development, transformation and enhancement.

The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for those who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
