We have an opportunity for a Senior Lecturer to make a substantial and positive contribution to the School’s programmes, scholarship and excellent student experience, through leading, contributing to and enhancing teaching and assessment. You will provide academic leadership in the management of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and engage in rigorous enquiries into learning and teaching practices. In addition, you will make a significant contribution to the delivery of our transnational education programme with the Singapore Institute of Technology.

The Nursing & Health Care School at the University of Glasgow is consistently ranked as one of the top Schools in the UK for nursing education. At undergraduate level we offer an Honours Degree in Nursing (4 years) and our highly valued graduates have excellent employment prospects. The School also offers a flexible programme of multi-professional postgraduate courses that may be taken individually or used towards a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Masters degree. We also have a thriving community of postgraduate research students, from both the United Kingdom and overseas.

We welcome applications from candidates who are registered with the NMC and hold a professional qualification in nursing, as well as a good first degree and PhD degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
