The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Practice is a vibrant academic community and the main provider of both undergraduate and postgraduate midwifery education in the North of Scotland. Our vision is to transform health and social care in urban, remote and rural areas and as the Academic Team Leader for midwifery you will make a significant contribution to the achievement of that vision. You will have responsibility to demonstrate and promote excellence in midwifery education through the use of innovative approaches to learning and teaching. You will work in collaboration with colleagues across the School and University as well as with relevant stakeholders locally, nationally and globally.

Salary on first appointment is normally to the bottom of the scale, although in exceptional circumstances an appointment further up the scale may be considered.
