About You
We are seeking individuals from Learning Disabilities field of nursing practice with current NMC registration and evidence of further professional development. You will be an experienced clinician, with a passion for teaching, learning and keen to share your professional nursing expertise and knowledge with the future nurse practitioners. To support our innovative curriculum, you will have had recent HEI experience and experience of a post or responsibility in the field of Learning Disabilities and an understanding of the NMC (2018) standards of proficiency. You will possess transferable skills of adaptability, resilience and be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver multi-professional learning. You will have an established track record of supporting nurse students either in clinical practice or in an academic environment..

About the Role
You will be required to make a significant contribution to the delivery of practice and theoretical aspects of our diverse portfolio of undergraduate and post graduate nursing courses and other areas of our core curriculum depending on your areas of expertise and experience. You will be a highly credible RN with extensive experience of clinical practice in the field of Learning Disabilities Nursing.

You will be expected to develop an area of research interest and continue to undertake advanced scholarship.
