We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Primary and Urgent Care to undertake programme leadership responsibilities for our First Contact Practitioner programme (FCP).

Recently the university has been awarded a national Health Education England contract to deliver the taught and portfolio routes of the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) programme. This programme directly maps into the university ACP programme and the Roadmap to Practice. You will have a key influence in the continued development and implementation of this programme to ensure best outcomes.

You will develop positive working relationships with Primary Care Networks and other organisations. The university has previously been shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Outstanding Employer Engagement Award and this is reflected through the collaborative working with several organisations. You will demonstrate enthusiasm for practice-based education and their specialty and have a willingness to utilise a range of e-learning technologies and other strategies in order to affect the provision of high-quality learning opportunities and the best possible student experience
