We are looking to recruit a passionate, inspiring individual to join us as a Regional Trainer/Assessor in Healthcare.

As the Regional Assessor/Trainer for Weston College you will be facilitating the development of students’ skills, knowledge and behaviours through learning and assessment ensuring students achieve their qualifications and apprenticeship. You will utilise a full and varied range of teaching and training techniques to deliver programmes where assessment will occur through experiences at the College and/or the workplace. You will proactively work with employers to design a programme which develops skills, knowledge and behaviours at the right time, ensuring students pass their end-point assessment and reach their identified destination.

You do not need to be qualified or experienced in teaching or assessing as training will be provided, but you must be an experienced practitioner in healthcare. Applications from Band 3, 4 & 5 healthcare staff would be suitable for this post.

There is the opportunity for either full-time or part-time hours for this role.
