Liverpool John Moores University is looking for a talented, passionate and visionary individual to manage and lead the midwifery education team including assuming the role of lead midwife for education.

This is an exciting time for midwifery education in the University, with unparalleled expansion in student numbers, significant investment in resources and a growing reputation for innovation and excellence. As a result, the university is looking to appoint a Programme Manager and LME who can shape the future development of the department. We aim to become a beacon site in immersive learning and the use of simulation and therefore we welcome applicants with a background in or a desire to use innovative approaches to learning and teaching such as immersive learning and simulation within Midwifery programmes.

You will be enthusiastic and driven to improve the lives of women, and infants and their families. You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, educated to Doctorate Level and have significant experience within the relevant field including experience of teaching/supervising midwifery students. You must also be committed to providing the very best student experience.
