The Faculty of Health and Wellbeing is seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with specific expertise in Adult Nursing to co-lead our BSc Nursing programme with our team of specialist colleagues. The successful candidate(s) will contribute to the delivery of the curriculum across all areas of the Foundation degrees within the school of Health and Care Industries, which will require effective liaison with academic and administrative counterparts at the University of Hull. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

The suitable post holder must hold at least three years or more post-registration professional experience of delivering, leading and managing services for adults needing health care interventions.

In addition, the post holder must have current experience of facilitating the learning of students across a range of settings and be an NMC Registered Adult Nurse hold active registration with the NMC. Along with a minimum of a BSc, a teaching qualification is essential, and teaching qualification is required.
Clinical skills tuition will be essential and fundamental to the role. The post will involve the supervision of undergraduate students, including practice placements. You will have a commitment to engaging with the practice environment and maintain up to date knowledge and skills enabling the delivery of a dynamic, responsive curriculum in line with current nursing standard.
