The University of Worcester is expanding its provision in Health and Social Care. The post offers an opportunity to join a team of enthusiastic, committed and friendly staff within the Department of Health and Well-being delivering core teaching on the MSc Healthcare Management and Leadership.

The Department of Health and Well-being is in the School of Allied Health and Community which aims to promote integrated multi-disciplinary practitioners for health and well-being across the life course. We wish to complement our existing strengths within the team by appointing a dynamic individual who is flexible, adaptable and has excellent communication skills. Applications are invited from professionals with experience of leading and managing with a focus on improving health and well-being of individuals, communities, and systems. We particularly invite people who have been involved in Higher Education, and who have, a higher degree. In addition to being involved in scholarly activity, key responsibilities of the post include leading and contributing to course delivery and development, student support, involvement with e-Learning and working closely with our Hong Kong partner, Hong Kong Management Association. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, have excellent communication and self-management skills and will potentially have the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong.
