Salary Range:

The University of Worcester has a reputation for contemporary and innovative Nursing and Midwifery provision. Our NMC approved programmes are nationally recognised for their high quality and sustained high employability of our alumni. In this context, the School of Nursing and Midwifery is seeking to appoint an outstanding academic or practitioner who will join a highly professional and motivated team to teach and support our international nursing students across the programme portfolio.

With the growth in student numbers, we are focusing this particular post on supporting our international students. This is a unique opportunity to influence and support this area of our work. Working closely with colleagues within the Department of Nursing and the University International Centre, you will be the key point of contact for international student support, guidance, and referral. You will work closely with Course Leaders to support areas of international student recruitment, progression, achievement, and completion. You will develop a detailed understanding of the student learning experience across all aspects of the curriculum, including personal academic tutoring. By facilitating opportunities for working in partnership with students, and through interrogating data, you will be well placed to work closely with course leaders and Head of Department to implement projects, initiatives and developments aimed to impact positively on the student experience.
