Are you ready for a new challenge? The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the field of health and social care. The role will provide opportunities to teach across the School’s four continuing development programmes at BSc and Masters; to facilitate learning in the workplace and develop bespoke learning opportunities which support the development of the health and social care workforce.

The role will provide a valuable contribution to the School’s core modules which include such topics as leadership, evidence-based practice, transforming practice and facilitation of learning. The post will incorporate teaching, personal tutoring, research/scholarship and knowledge transfer, so ensuring that the educational experience is realistic, evidence-based and focussed to local workforce needs.

As an experienced health or social care professional, you will be able to evidence continued personal and professional development. A post-graduate teaching qualification would be advantageous.
