As part of planned expansion of the Division of Nursing, we are looking to recruit a NMC registered (UK) Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN): Occupational Health Nursing Lecturer.

We seek individuals with the vision, commitment and academic ambition to contribute to the development and delivery of the Nursing programmes. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative teaching strategies to engender effective student engagement. You will teach in classroom, simulated clinical and virtual learning settings. Additionally you will support students in practice, work flexibly meeting deadlines, communicate effectively wand be a team player.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (NMC UK) Part 3, with a specialism in Occupational Health Nursing, to be part of the innovative and supportive nursing programmes focusing on the educational needs of the students.

There are three types of contract at Brunel University London: Teaching & Research; Education and Professional Practice. This post is for a Lecturer Education, the post is ideal for clinicians who want to make a move to academia or others who wish to focus on teaching. You will be responsible for teaching across a range of modules and will also be expected to engage in educational/pedagogical projects and research.

An essential requirement is for the successful applicant to satisfy the requirements of checks by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
