Hours: 35 hours 1.0 FTE [part-time applications welcome]
Salary: Grade 8: £42,978 – £54,395 per annum (with possible progression to £61,198)

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key contributor within the School of Health Sciences at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, providing a high quality, exceptional and transformative educational experience to students in an innovative and high-tech learning environment. You will be a driving force in growing our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of Therapeutic Radiography. In addition, where relevant, there are opportunities to contribute to programmes across the Division, School and wider University.

The School, with its breadth of professional programmes, delivers Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health as well as Therapeutic and Diagnostic Radiography, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Art Therapies, Speech and Hearing Science, Nursing and Paramedic Science. As such is in a unique position to develop opportunities for multi-professional and interdisciplinary learning and teaching and research.

To apply for this role, you must be registered or eligible for registration with the HCPC (evidenced in your application). You must have a qualifying first degree, or equivalent, in radiography (therapeutic), have a postgraduate degree (or be near completion of the same) relevant to the area of therapeutic radiography and have a broad understanding of working as a Therapeutic Radiographer. It is essential to have experience of supporting radiography students within an HEI or the practice-based learning environment. Please review the essential and desirable criteria.
