Join our midwifery team at Liverpool John Moores University to support innovation in practice learning for student midwives. This 12 month fixed term post is an opportunity to work collaboratively across Cheshire and Merseyside and to explore and create capacity in practice, using new models of student supervision.
You will work with members of the academic team and practice partners to support and enhance the practice learning environment and will lead on the implementation of coaching within midwifery services and contribute to the evaluation of the coaching model.
You will be enthusiastic and driven to improve the quality of the practice learning environment for our students on midwifery programmes. You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and have experience of practice learning. You must also be committed to providing the very best student experience.
