The Department of Allied Health professionals is looking for a lecturer to join our team of dedicated paramedics and ECP lecturers, working within our new high-tech teaching facilities including a practice skills suite and high-fidelity clinical simulation equipment.
As a Lecturer your role will include contributing to the new BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science the BSc Enhanced Pre-Hospital Care, the MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, as well as interprofessional elements across the College. You will be involved in all aspects of teaching including preparation, tuition, assessment and supporting students in placements – as well as undertaking the standard academic administration duties required for course delivery.
You must have a good degree (i.e. UK 2.1 or 1st Class), or equivalent professional qualification or experience in a relevant discipline and be registered with the HCPC, NMC or appropriate statutory body. You must also have well developed and current knowledge and understanding of critical, practical and theoretical issues relevant to paramedic practice and the ability to design and deliver transformative and innovative learning experiences.
