£42,792 to £49,553 per annum, pro rata
This is a part-time, 0.4 fte indefinite post.

At an exciting time of development, we are seeking to appoint a permanent lecturer in nursing sciences (adult field) to join our experienced and dedicated academic team and contribute to the school’s post-registration portfolio. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of modules in GP (General Practitioner) Practice with opportunities to contribute to primary care teaching delivery across the school. This is an opportunity to deliver first class education in a vibrant and committed academic community.

You will have a good first degree (2:1 or above) and a higher degree in a health-related discipline as well as holding a professional registration as an adult nurse. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, with a proven academic track record; demonstrable expertise and experience in primary care and the ability to contribute more widely to curriculum development, delivery and assessment (post registration) primarily across the post-registration curriculum in Health Sciences.

The successful applicant will have a commitment to inter-professional education and to working collaboratively with a range of professions and organisations to support the School’s strategic goals.
