Duties of the Role
The purpose of these Lecturer posts will be to play an active part in the delivery and development of the nursing programmes in the School. You will complement the existing team in the delivery of the innovative pre-registration programmes in Adult nursing or Mental Health nursing based on the Colchester and/ or Southend Campus.

For the Grade 8 ASE post, duties will include engaging effectively in substantive teaching and learning support roles in the School, and developing a broad understanding of how such activities support student learning and design, plan and deliver learning in creative and innovative ways appropriate to the subject area and level.

For the Grade 9 ASE post, candidates are expected to engage in individual and/or collaborative scholarship and professional practice activity which contributes to an excellent standard of publications and engage successfully and effectively in substantive teaching and learning support roles in the School.

In addition, for Grade 9 ASER contracts, you will develop a research agenda, which pursues individual and/or collaborative research objectives and produce research outputs for publication
