You will be based within the multi-professional School of Health Sciences, a vibrant and collaborative community, encompassing a variety of Allied Health Professions and Nursing programmes. The Non-medical prescribing (NMP) team has an established record of learning delivery, research and innovative practice. Our NMP blended learning module receives excellent student evaluations.
We are looking for an experienced non-medical prescriber/healthcare practitioner with relevant experience in non-medical prescribing, teaching and learning. The post requires an individual with well-developed leadership and organisational skills, capable of effective inter-professional and cross boundary working.
You should hold registration with the NMC or HCPC in addition to a V300 qualification and have educational experience in a clinical setting, or at a higher education institution. Knowledge of issues affecting clinical education, and evidence of CPD are important attributes. You should either possess a Master’s degree in a relevant subject, or be registered on such a programme. In addition, you will need to demonstrate evidence of scholarly activity within healthcare or clinical education.
