About the role
The University of Derby is pleased to be able to offer a permanent opportunity to support the Pre-registration Mental Health Nursing Programme. The successful candidate will join a team of enthusiastic, committed and friendly staff who deliver pre-registration and post-registration nursing and healthcare courses at the University of Derby. You will need be innovative and creative in your role and will contribute to enhancing the quality of healthcare education, as well as taking forward the research and scholarship agenda. It is extremely important that you understand the student experience, but also genuinely enjoy making a positive impact for them both in and out of classes. You will also need to have a strong clinical and educational background in Mental Health nursing and will focus on delivering an excellent student experience.
The role will contribute to programme delivery across the suite of programmes offered by the Department, ranging from Foundation Degree to Masters’ as appropriate.
