Part Time Permanent Contract: 18.5 – 22.2 hours per week (0.5 or 0.6fte) Salary: £40,521 to £44,263 per annum pro-rata

About this role:
We are seeking a Lecturer to join our innovative and enthusiastic nursing team on a permanent part-time basis at our Chichester campus with a focus on supporting our 3rd year students studying the BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing course in the field of health care leadership and quality improvement.  The role will involve teaching, quality assurance compliance, partnership working, research and income generation in the School, as well as engaging in the curriculum planning, design and leadership of teaching, partnership working and research activity across all courses.

About you:
You will have the knowledge, experience and skills to enable contemporary contribution to all the nursing programmes. You will need to be a NMC registrant in good standing as Registered Nurse Adult and have demonstrable contemporary knowledge required for teaching Nursing Adults in a range of care settings and research. You will have a HE teaching qualification (Associate Fellow or Fellow) OR be willing to undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education within an agreed timeframe. You will have demonstrable evidence of delivering teaching, learning and assessment.
