Brunel University London is seeking to recruit a Lecturer (Education) from NMC registered Nurses into the Division of Nursing. The primary purpose of this post is to support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through practical coaching and tutoring. There will be opportunities to undertake lecturing, including teaching; within classroom, simulation and virtual learning settings. You will need to be able to work within a team and communicate effectively, with the ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.

The appointment to Lecturer will be subject to a two-year probationary period.Support for career development will be provided through a designated mentor as well as access to the College Education Hub where several opportunities exist to engage with like-minded academics to develop scholarship. Subject to meeting probationary targets and academic promotion criteria, the post holder will be eligible to apply for promotion to Senior Lecturer after two years.
