At an exciting time of development, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Lecturer and a Lecturer/Associate Professor in Children’s Nursing with a proven academic record to join our experienced and dedicated academic team. We are looking to recruit two full-time academics on an indefinite basis to support the development and delivery of the children’s nursing programme. You will have demonstrable expertise and experience in children’s nursing and be able to contribute more widely to the nursing curriculum development, delivery and assessment (pre and post registration).
You will join a growing, highly motivated, supportive and collaborative team who are committed to delivering quality educational provision for the development of the very best children’s nursing professionals.
This is an opportunity to deliver first class education in a vibrant and committed academic community. You will have a good first degree (2:1 or above)as well as holding a professional registration as a children’s nurse.
The successful applicants will have a commitment to inter-professional education and to working collaboratively with a range of professions and organisations to support the School’s strategic goals.
Associate Professor candidates will be expected to have demonstrable experience of effective academic leadership.
