Your leadership will drive the school’s mission to produce highly skilled, culturally competent graduates who are ready to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Heads of School are also key members of the Faculty Executive Group and are expected to contribute more widely to the strategic development of the University taking on specific leadership roles and tasks as required.

This Head of School role involves a significant line management responsibility so requires good people and performance management skills. The ability to lead a team where supporting colleagues to perform well whilst maintaining staff wellbeing is imperative.

A NMC registrant is required.
