We are seeking to appoint a senior manager to lead our new school of psychology. This is a newly established role and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to shape, develop and expand the teaching and research agenda in the subject at Derby. The role is both challenging and rewarding as it builds upon many years of highly regarded psychology delivery at the University but also looks ahead to a new chapter.
The newly established School will bring together existing campus and online teaching, pooling professional knowledge and expertise. The new School will be a central part of the wider College of Health and Social Care which includes a wide range of nursing, social and allied health programmes in a truly interprofessional environment.
The right candidate will have appropriate senior leadership experience, with contemporary teaching or research experience in their field. They will also have studied to higher degree level achieving doctoral level ability.
