AECC University College are seeking to expand our external examiner team for the 2024/25 year in line with our expansion of our post registration framework. We have a wide range of units and looking to seek someone with an understanding of post-registration workforce development (including apprenticeships)for the health sector.
The appointment starts in the 24/25 academic years with a normal tenure of 4 academic years. Previous external examining experience is preferred but not essential. Applicants must have knowledge and understanding of the UK sector agreed reference points for the maintenance of academic standards and the assurance and enhancement of quality at FHEQ Levels 4-7.
Full criteria for the appointment and expectations of the role will be provided to suitable applicants. A fee is payable in line with sector norms as well as reasonable expenses, subject to standard HMRC regulations.
