UWE Bristol, School of Health, and Social Wellbeing is seeking a Field External Examiner to start in September 2023. The post will be for 4 years and includes the need to attend various examination boards.

The subject cluster requires an External Examiner to represent a range of academic perspectives within the Rehabilitation subject area from Hainan. Hainan Medical University is one of our partners based in Hainan, China. There is currently no expectation to travel to the partner in Hainan. The modules would encapsulate the MSc Rehabilitation 2023/24 programme, consisting of but may not be limited to:

– Contemporary Leadership in Rehabilitation
– Health and Social Care Research: Methods and Methodology
– Long Term Conditions
– Neurorehabilitation
– Rehabilitation

We particularly encourage applications from members of Black and Minority Ethnic communities, as this group is currently underrepresented among external examiners.
