The University of Northampton is looking for an External Examiner for MSc Public Health.

The MSc Public Health programme at the University of Northampton is looking for an External Examiner to commence from September 2024 academic year. The programme is within the subject area – Social Therapies and Communities, under the Faculty of Health, Education and Society. The programme comprises of both full time (one year) and part time (two to five years) routes. We are looking for someone who is suitably qualified with expertise in the field of Public Health or related fields, ideally a Programme Leader or Senior Lecturer.

Previous experience as an External Examiner is preferred but not essential, as support and mentoring can be provided. We do seek someone who can provide developmental feedback to the academic team, comment on the quality of feedback given to students across our modules and offer support in reviewing the programme.

The appointment will be for the four academic years 2024 to 2028, starting 1 October 2024.
