Partner Institution: The Royal Marsden School
The Academic Partnerships division at the University of East Anglia is seeking an External Examiner to work with our partner institution, the Royal Marsden School.
The Royal Marsden School is part of the world-renowned Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, an organisation with the international reputation for ground-breaking work to ensure patients receive the very best cancer treatment and care. They have been an academic partner of the UEA since 2015.
An External Examiner is required to start immediately for the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice in Cancer Care course which is taught and delivered at the Royal Marsden School.
- The appointment will be for four years, and the commitment required is as follows:
- Review a sample of assessments covering coursework, presentations, projects/dissertations and examinations
- Review proposed assessments
- Ongoing course review/modifications
- Board of Examiner attendance/comment
- External Examiner Annual Report
- Arbitrate or adjudicate on problem cases
