External Examiner Required
Edge Hill University Medical School is seeking to engage an External Examiner for its Postgraduate Professional Education provision with subject expertise in Clinical Education and Medical Education with effect from October 2021.

External Examiners are typically placed on the Edge Hill University External Examiners Register for a period of four years. Principle duties normally include;
- Visiting the University at the least once a year to moderate assessed coursework
- Attending module assessment boards
- Producing an Annual Report
- Reviewing and approving assessment materials that contribute to a student’s final award
- He/she will preferably come from a clinical education background and hold an MA or MSc in Clinical Education.
