AECC University College is seeking an External Examiner for our MSc Chiropractic (Pre-registration) qualification. This GCC-accredited course is a two-year full-time level 7 course for students with previous degrees in health sciences or similar, to undertake education and training to qualify to register as a chiropractor.
The appointment starts from 1 September 2024, with a normal tenure of 4 academic years.
Previous external examining experience is preferred but not essential. Applicants must have knowledge and understanding of the UK sector agreed reference points for the maintenance of academic standards and the assurance and enhancement of quality at FHEQ Level 7. Applicants must have competence and experience in the field of teaching and learning in HE within Health Sciences disciplines or similar.

A fee is payable in line with sector norms as well as reasonable expenses, subject to standard HMRC regulations.
