AECC University College is seeking an External Examiner for our BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation. This is a three-year undergraduate course currently in its second year of delivery, which operates on a September entry point.
The appointment starts with immediate effect, with a normal tenure of 4 academic years.
Previous external examining experience is strongly preferred but not essential. Applicants must have knowledge and understanding of the UK sector agreed reference points for the maintenance of academic standards and the assurance and enhancement of quality at FHEQ Levels 4-6. Applicants must have competence and experience in the field of teaching and learning in HE within sport rehabilitation and therapy.
Full criteria for the appointment and expectations of the role will be provided to suitable applicants. A fee is payable in line with sector norms as well as reasonable expenses, subject to standard HMRC regulations.
