The School of Health and Social Care at the University of Lincoln is looking to appoint an External Examiner for our
BSc (Hons) Nursing (Registered Nurse Child)
Principle duties will include:
- Verifying assessments
- Moderating student work
- Attending examination and subject boards
- Commenting on proposed programme/module enhancements and developments
- Completion of External Examiner reports
- Consideration of collaborative provision where appropriate
Suitable candidates will have experience in teaching at a UK HE institution, a good understanding of quality assurance processes in HE as well as subject specific knowledge and relevant NMC registration relating to the programme being applied for.
The appointment will be for a period of 4 years, starting as soon as possible to see out our existing programme and to be involved with our proposed new curriculum from academic year 2024/25.
