The University of Northampton is looking for an External Examiner for BA (Hons) Health & Social Care Practice.
The BA (Hons) Health & Social Care Practice programme comprises of 18 modules taking place over 3 years. The programme was validated recently and is due to have the first cohort of students starting in Sept 2023.
This programme will enable people to make a positive impact within the health and social care sector focusing on critical issues and global trends.
The modules such as global inequalities, working with diverse communities, leadership, reflective practice, and research will support students to be catalysts for change in this ever-changing world.
We are looking for someone:
- who is suitably qualified with expertise in the above areas, ideally a Programme Leader or Senior Lecturer on similar programmes;
- previous experience as an external examiner is essential /strongly preferred
The appointment will be for the four academic years 2023/24 to 2026/2027, starting from 1 October 2023.
