The College of Nursing Midwifery and Healthcare is a major provider of nursing, midwifery, healthcare and social work courses in Berkshire and West London.

We offer an impressive range of highly-respected pre-registration and post-registration courses where students will benefit from the support of our experienced and passionate staff, as well as excellent facilities which include two fully equipped simulation centres. Our innovative courses will enable our students to develop the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high quality, impactful health and social care, within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving sector, placing the needs of individuals and their families at the centre.

We also offer a selection of continuing professional development courses (CPDs) for healthcare and social work practitioners, developed in close collaboration with our partner NHS Trusts.

We partner with a wide range of NHS Trusts and private, voluntary and independent sector healthcare organisations, to offer a diverse range of health/social care placements, ensuring our students are job ready.

Our simulation centres are equipped with the latest technology (including virtual reality and immersive rooms) and will help you practise your clinical skills in a safe environment, whilst being supported by expert dedicated academic staff and technicians.

We design our courses to provide a student-centered, engaging and intellectually stimulating learning experience. Emphasis is placed on interprofessional learning and working and building resilience and well-being, effectively preparing you for your career as a health/social care professional and as a future leader.

The Person

We now seek to appoint an outstanding individual to help lead the College.
