Salary – £57,696.00 – £71,469.00 per annum
The Role
As a Curriculum Lead at Coventry University, you will work to drive the school’s vision and ambitions for your subject area and support staff to deliver effective and high-quality courses. You will be responsible for leading the curriculum development and work with the school’s leadership team to deliver the KPI’s as set out by the University’s Corporate Strategy.
Working with the Head of School and other senior management within the school, you will lead meetings within your subject area highlighting critical issues that are being faced. You will be responsible for putting forward suggestions of how to resolve these issues and implementing and monitoring actions as appropriate.
You will also be responsible for supporting the student journey and promoting excellence within the delivery of the courses and the student experience.
Qualifications Required
- A PhD plus experience in the relevant subject area or an equivalent level of professional experience alongside a postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject
- Recognised teaching qualification in Higher Education and/or recognition against the UK professional standards framework
- Registered with the HCPC
