You will be based either in our vibrant Uxbridge campus or in our recently developed Aylesbury campus supporting across a range of programmes including; Degree Nursing, Nursing Associate, Assistant Practitioner and Apprenticeships, some of which are delivered off-site, thus offering a diverse range of teaching opportunities.
Role responsibilities: Working alongside academic staff to design and deliver innovative skills sessions within a simulation environment (e.g. blood pressure, scenario simulation CPR, and mandatory sessions). To assess students and provide regular feedback.
Applicants: We require candidates to have experience of training or clinical demonstration including assessing practical skills. You will also have demonstrable ability to work within a team and possess effective communications skills. We are particularly interested in practitioners with current clinical skills such as venepuncture, cannulation and catheterisation. An ‘Introduction to teaching’ qualification or willingness to undertake one will also be essential.
