This exciting new post provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic early career academic to gain a wide range of experience in learning, teaching and assessment practice of students on our BSc Paramedic programme. You will be expected to work alongside a team of academics in the delivery of teaching and facilitation and provide academic support to groups of students. The successful candidate is expected to undertake a range of teaching/assessment and/or scholarship along with a range if administration tasks as required. The successful candidate will also act as Personal Academic Tutor under the supervision of a more senior academic.

The School of Allied Health and Community has an exceptional reputation for excellence and the successful candidates will further develop the quality of our provision through strong collaboration with our practice partners. The Department of Paramedic Science and Physician Associates is one of four departments in the School. In addition, the School offers Foundations Degrees in Health and Social Care, Undergraduate courses in Health and Social Care, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Social work and Masters’ courses in Nutritional therapy and the Physician Associate.
