As a result of our ongoing success in providing Social Work education, and our growing provision, we are looking to appoint a new Lecturer within Social work / social care. The key duties of the role holder will be to teach on the undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes across the Health & Wellbeing portfolio, and to contribute to the management of these programmes, where possible. It is expected that the role holder will contribute to the development of all facets of Social Work/Social Care within the subject group and to the wider portfolio of the Faculty.

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do: they are highly qualified and experienced in their fields, supporting their teaching practice by carrying out quality research and engaging in continuous professional development so, whatever your background, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Social Work education as well as being able to facilitate the creation and maintenance of a range of links between courses and the Health and Social Work sector.
