BPP School of Nursing has exciting opportunities for NHS experienced individuals to join as associate faculty to support our Nursing Academic Team with teaching and marking on the MSc Healthcare Leadership programme.
You will have a Masters Level qualification as a minimum, experience and knowledge of the NHS and of NHS Leadership and Management. Ideally, you will have some Higher Education Experience, but this isn’t essential.

The MSc Healthcare Leadership is a very popular and successful programme. It predominately attracts individuals with a range of professional and health science related degrees from abroad. However, the programme does attract domestic students from Nursing and some allied health professional groups

Job Purpose and Detail

The role of associate faculty lecturer is to deliver (and develop) innovative and high-quality teaching and learning, programme and module curricula. Associate faculty must have significant professional / academic experience in their discipline, as well as the enthusiasm to pass their passion for their specialist area on to students, learners, clients and peers.

The volume of marking will be agreed with you and the window for marking will be 2/3 weeks dependent on the volume.

You will receive detailed training, support, and guidance upon joining the school, including an introduction to the programme, lesson plans, assignment schematics and marking criteria.
