The School of Health, Science and Wellbeing was formed in September 2021 and brought together our academic departments across the health, science and wellbeing subject areas. The School is built on strong research, knowledge exchange and learning & teaching and provides opportunities to further our ambitions around patient safety, human factors and ergonomics; health and care inequalities – including social and environmental impacts on health; the fast growing agenda around the need for investment and advancement of genomics; delivery of our safety enhancement ambitions in the healthcare sector; through to the opportunities to look at how we draw upon our existing and developing digital pedagogies to explore new approaches to course design and delivery including enhanced utilisation of simulation and immersive technologies.
We are now seeking an innovative and highly-energised Associate Dean for Recruitment to lead us towards out ambitions as a School. The chosen candidate will work as part of the School Management Team and will lead on the continual development of our inclusive approach to recruitment to course and opportunities across our entire portfolio. You will join a team of innovative, creative and passionate academics, professional services and leadership colleagues who will support you in your role.
