The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health is the largest School in the University. We have a broad provision of health professions related courses across Dietetics, Nursing, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy, Operating Department Practice, Paramedic and Physiotherapy all leading to professional registration. We also have a large portfolio of CPD courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

We are seeking to recruit a course director for our Pre-registration Masters in Dietetics and Leadership (with apprenticeship route) programme. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious HCPC registered dietitian, ideally with HEI experience, to join our suite of courses, including BSc (Hons) dietetics, Pre-registration Masters in Dietetics and Leadership (with apprenticeship route), and Masters in Public Health Nutrition.

The successful candidate will act as the course director for the Pre-registration Masters in Dietetics and Leadership (with apprenticeship route) programme. They will also contribute to the leadership, development and delivery of the wider innovative and dynamic dietetics and nutrition education through practical sessions, placement support and related professional and academic activity.

The salary is dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the individual. Experience of teaching within higher education is desirable.

The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for Lecturers who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
